2. Drive performance through employee appraisals and reviews.

4. Partner with the senior management team to align HR strategy with business objectives.
5. Take ownership of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
6. Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
7. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
