Key responsibilities of the role include – To support the HR Lead-Leadership Talent and Performance in shaping, designing and developing industry standard holistic Leadership, Talent and Performance management services, driving the delivery of high-quality programmes, projects, initiatives and approaches for Police Scotland and the SPA To work closely with key stakeholders to deliver the best possible leadership, talent and performance services and ensure strategically aligned, impactful development outcomes at individual and organisational levels. To lead, manage and develop high performing, high impact HR Advisors and HR Administrators across Leadership, Talent and Performance teams in possession of technical skill, experience and creativity to drive high quality, competitive and dynamic development workstreams, programmes, products and approaches.
