Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

As a Renewals Sales Executive, you'll be instrumental in supporting our sales team by managing our customer relationships from the very first call. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Making proactive outbound calls to customers, following up on warm leads.
2. Booking appointments for the sales team and ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.
3. Delivering fantastic customer service, whether over the phone or when meeting customers in the dealership.
4. Building strong customer relationships and effectively managing a high-volume workload.
We're seeking a driven individual who brings:
5. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
6. Previous experience in a telephone sales role is preferred but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from a face-to-face customer service or sales role who are ready for a new challenge.
7. A strong team-player mentality with the ability to work independently.
