360 Recruiter, focused on generating new business and candidate delivery in an Executive Recruiting firm for Industry Leader
We are looking for a competitive, driven 360 Recruiter who thrives on winning new business, closing deals, and delivering top talent. This is a full-desk role inside a respected Executive Search firm where performance, urgency, and results matter.
This is a full-desk position responsible for both business development and candidate recruitment within an established and respected firm.
The job entails the following:
• Generate new business through relentless outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up on marketing campaigns
• Open doors with decision-makers and convert conversations into signed search agreements
• Negotiate fees, contracts, and terms with confidence
• Source and recruit high-level candidates using proactive outreach, cold calling, and advanced sourcing tools
• Run the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement and offer negotiation

Who We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience generating new business within a search or staffing firm
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and negotiate contracts
• Experience working within an ATS or CRM system
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Competitive mindset, strong follow-up, and a "hunter" mentality
Compensation:
Hourly base plus performance-based success bonuses with strong upside for producers.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
