What does the role entail?
* Delivering all new product launches for the VWG brand
* Acting as the main point of escalation for service issues and problem-solving, maintaining communication with the brand
* Training and developing a team of Press Specialists and Administrators
* Collaborating with operations and logistics to ensure high levels of customer service during the booking process
* Providing consultation and proactive fleet management, striving for continuous improvement and innovation
* Account management with clear and effective communication with customers
* Coordinating operational meetings to discuss priorities and objectives
* Conducting regular 1:1s, setting targets, and supporting employee development
* Managing stakeholder relationships with workshop, body shop, logistics, valeting, and other departments
What do we need from you?

* Previous management experience (Account Management, Customer Service Management, Team Management)
* Automotive sector experience or knowledge (desirable but not essential)
* People management experience, managing stakeholder and customer expectations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience managing end-to-end processes
* Commercial and financial awareness
* Ability to implement best practices and processes
* Keen eye for detail
