Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early‑career professional looking to develop a long‑term career in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. You will be confident, target‑driven, and passionate about selling our range of services and will be reporting directly to the Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and research.
* Manage and develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Present and promote USSG Ltd services to prospective clients.
* Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes.
* Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
* Build strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You – Ideal Candidate
* Recent graduate or younger professional with a passion for sales.
* Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working to set targets and meeting deadlines.
* Confident selling services such as security, cleaning, and security systems.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
