An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Mentor at The Federation of Earlswood Schools in Redhill. We are looking for a flexible, resourceful and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
The Learning Mentor will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping to remove barriers to learning. The role is primarily school‑based but may also involve working with families and external agencies.
You will work with pupils individually and in small groups, acting as a listener, motivator and positive role model both in and outside the classroom. The successful candidate will respond calmly to emerging situations and work closely with Senior Leadership and SEND teams to provide targeted support.

Qualifications required:
* Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
* ELSA Qualification (Desirable)
The Job:
* 32.5 hours per week (8.30am—3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch)
* Term time only
* Pay range S4 FTE £25,052 - £26,825
