We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager for a project in Huddersfield focusing on culvert works under the M62. The role involves modifying the upstream manhole and delivering a new bespoke system downstream. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with shafts and deep drainage. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with the relevant regulations and company policies.
Skills:
Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects, specifically in deep drainage and shafts.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management and planning.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Ideally degree educated in a relevant field.
