Your role
Sytner Group is excited to offer a permanent MINI Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.
Our MINI Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a MINI Sales Executive, you will be the key contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service at every step.
We are seeking individuals with some customer service or sales background. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through the process of purchasing a new car.
The role involves working flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide high levels of service.
The package includes a basic salary of £20,000 and an OTE of £46,000.
Your profile
Applicants should have customer service experience within a retail environment, good interpersonal skills, and pride in engaging face-to-face with customers. A full UK driving licence is beneficial. Please note, you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
