JOB TITLE: Temporary HR Administrator - Immediate Start


LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset


HOURLY RATE: Up to £14.00 P/H (DOE)


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic and well-established manufacturer, providing a variety of HR and administration support on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 - 3 months, starting immediately. The successful candidate must possess strong communications skills, a professional and confident telephone manner and prior experience working within HR or recruitment.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



7. Advertising roles, arranging interviews, liaising with agencies, supporting the recruitment process, screening candidates, involvement with assessment centres, and managing candidate feedback.

8. Preparing offers and contracts of employment

9. Delivering induction sessions for new starters

10. Updating the database with new starter information

11. Updating benefit portals with joiners and leavers and supporting the HR department with promoting company benefits

12. Supporting with ad-hoc projects as required

13. Ensuring all records and documentation are accurately recorded



KEY SKILLS:



14. Prior HR experience with a good understanding of employment law

15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills

16. IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

17. High levels of resilience

18. Ability to prioritise your busy workload, multiple tasks, and operate within tight deadlines

19. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with people at all levels

20. Excellent attention to detail

21. Good organisational and numeracy skills
