This is a key role within a busy school office where safeguarding, organisation and professionalism are paramount. The Role You will support the full HR function, ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, staff onboarding and ongoing HR administration. Typical duties include: Preparing job adverts, interview packs and recruitment timetables Managing DBS checks, references and Right to Work compliance Maintaining personnel files (digital & paper-based) Supporting induction, probation and appraisal administration Assisting with absence monitoring and staff attendance records Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries About the School The school is known locally for its supportive leadership, stable staffing and positive working environment.
