* Key responsibilities include:
o Policy Modernisation: Regularly reviewing the staff handbook and policies to reflect changes in UK employment law and ISI inspection requirements.
o Onboarding & Induction: Designing bespoke induction programmes that reflect the unique culture and traditions of the school.
o Payroll Liaison: Working closely with the Finance Bursar to ensure accurate data for monthly payroll and pension contributions.
o Conflict Resolution: Acting as a neutral mediator to resolve internal staff queries and maintain a harmonious working environment.
* Salary Range: £36,000 – £49,500 (Regional Scale)
