We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Facilities Maintenance team.
You will be the junior, as part of a 2x man team and responsible for carrying out small repairs and maintenance work as per instruction from Facilities Manager. Work will include internal and external maintenance and improvements as required, including but not limited to:
* Grounds works (relaying slabs / minor tarmac repairs / resolving trip hazards, etc.)
* Waste removal
* Landscaping
* Fencing
* Gutter cleaning
* Minor roof repairs
* Painting/ decorating
* Office cleaning
* Compilation of Conditions Surveying Reports for work to be completed ie. photographs, list of works required, etc.
Requirements:
* Full, clean driving licence
* Good mixture of trade experience
* Experience in specific trades e.g. plumbing, carpentry, building works desirable, but not essential
* Occasionally will be required to work away or night shifts. This is rare but we require flexibility from the candidate
* Any limitations regarding the job duties MUST be discussed at interview.
