Car Sales Executive
Location: Hull
Salary: £20,000 basic per annum + uncapped commission + company car, OTE £50,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm; Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm with a day off in the week; Alternate Sundays 10am to 4pm.

Role
* Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from initial inquiry to final handover—offering tailored advice and securing the best market deals.
* Arrange test drives, showcase vehicle features, explain optional extras (financing, insurance, warranties), and upsell add‑on products.
* Generate and qualify leads, proactively prospecting potential customers via phone, email, and showroom enquiries.
* Communicate effectively in a fast‑paced showroom environment, ensuring high levels of organisation to manage appointments and follow‑ups.
* Build trust and long‑term rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and responsive support.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales; dealership background preferred but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Resilience and target‑driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in high‑pressure, commission‑based environments.
* Highly organised, adept at multitasking, follow‑ups, and managing a pipeline of leads.
