HR Administrator
to join our team.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and a positive employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career within a supportive and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR support to employees and managers.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
* Support the recruitment process, including referencing, and preparing contracts.
* Key focus with onboarding & offboarding.
* Maintain HR files, including letters, variations and general HR support queries.
* Monitor absence, ensure holidays have line manager approval.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, minimum 3 years
* CIPD Qualification level 3 ( Level 5 - highly desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information.
* A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
