Day to Day
* Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls — handling queries with confidence and using your communication and negotiation skills to deliver quick, effective solutions.
* Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls — building genuine rapport, uncovering their needs through consultative questioning, and offering tailored solutions that make a real difference to their business.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences every time, turning conversations into lasting relationships.
* Drive results by consistently achieving (and exceeding!) monthly sales and productivity targets.
