The Midlands Cluster includes four hotels: Hilton Nottingham, Hilton Northampton, Hilton East Midlands Airport, and Hilton Puckrup Hall.

Each property offers unique highlights, such as the stunning 140-acre surroundings with a championship 18-hole golf course at Puckrup Hall, a historic city-centre location at Hilton Nottingham, a prime position near the M1 and East Midlands Airport, and being only 20 minutes from Silverstone's Formula 1 circuit at Hilton Northampton.

This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Specific working hours will be discussed at the interview.

The role will be based at Hilton East Midlands Airport.

The Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will focus on maximizing revenue through group reservations, conferences, and events by generating sales leads and increasing conversions. Responsibilities include managing reservations via email, phone, and other channels, providing support, and covering for absences.

Key responsibilities include:

* Responding to and converting inquiries to meet targets
* Managing an events schedule to maximize yield
* Upselling effectively
* Building strong customer relationships
* Hosting hotel show rounds
* Handling administration for events
* Supporting commercial events as needed
* Participating in promotional activities

Ideal candidate qualities:

* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Confident telephone manner
* High IT proficiency
* Excellent grooming standards
