This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Manager looking for a part time role whilst remaining a key member of a team.</p><p>This role would suit an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist with experience managing complex employee relations. You will need an up:to:date knowledge of UK employment laws, experience developing and implementing policies and advising senior management teams.</p><p>The HR Manager will take ownership of the HR function across the business, developing strategy through to delivery. The company are offering a part time role of 20 hours per week and are offering flexibility as to how this is structured throughout the week.</p><h3>The HR Manager Role</h3><ul><li>Main point of contact for the leadership team on all people / HR matters</li><li>Develop, review and own HR policies : including updating employee handbooks and updating to ensure they remain legally compliant</li><li>Management of recruitment strategy</li><li>Ownership of disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes, ensuring fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes.</li><li>Manage organisational changes where required</li><li>Management of absences, performance reviews, appraisals, training and development etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws</li><li>Oversee HR data and GDPR compliance</li></ul><h3>The HR Manager Candidate</h3><ul><li>HR Manager / HR Generalist experience</li><li>Up to date knowledge of UK employment law</li><li>Experience advising senior management teams</li><li>Development and implementation of HR policy</li></ul></div>
