GKR International has been instructed on an a Sales Executive opportunity where you will have an opportunity to work at a well-established property developer who are looking to add to their Sales teams in East Lothian.
You will play a key role in the developments onward success as a high number of properties to be sold. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Residential Sales or New Homes market.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion
* Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
* Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homes
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team members
* Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
* Knowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantage
