Your new role
As Site Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day site operations on high-rise flats and student accommodation built across the Midlands. You’ll oversee large-scale brickwork packages, particularly full structural enveloping, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. With four active sites, you’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, and keep progress on track while maintaining site standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing firm where your experience will directly shape project success.
What you'll need to succeed
Solid experience managing brickwork packages on high-rise residential sites is essential. You’ll need SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, plus strong leadership and communication skills. A background in subcontractor bricklaying and delivering builds to tight deadlines will put you ahead.
