Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Cluster HR Manager, managing three boutique 5* hotels based in Central London. This is a standalone role, reporting directly into the General Manager with a dotted line into the group VP HR. Responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, this role will support and provide HR Assistance across all areas of HR (L&D, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compliance).
Key duties will include,
* Full responsibility for the employee lifecycle; including recruitment, on-boarding, performance reviews, training & succession, exit interviews, culture and wellbeing for a headcount of circa 170 employees.
* Manage the on-boarding and induction process ensuring that new starters are warmly welcomed and able to settle in quickly and smoothly.
* Ensure that all administrative/contractual procedures are promptly and accurately carried out, for example: change of hours, change of job title, transfers, maternity cover arrangements, contract extensions and renewals etc
* Work closely with departmental heads and senior management to align HR strategies with operational needs.
* To handle all employee relation matters in line with UK employment law
* Along with the General Manager promote a positive and engaging work culture
