I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager who is able to lead customer operations, transform ways of working, implement scalable processes and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
* Drive transformational change across customer service function, both strategic and hands on
* Design, implement and continuously improve processes that enhance quality, efficiency and satisfaction
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer service strategies with business goals
* Support, coach, mentor and up-skills members of the team
Requirements:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally for a growing or transformation focused business
* Demonstrated success of process transformation and improvement
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others
* Strong communication and CRM skills
