Base pay range

Office Angels are delighted to be supporting our client based on Team Valley, Gateshead, in the search for a confident and capable Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to join a professional and welcoming team. You don't need HR experience-just great admin skills and the ability to hit the ground running.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You must be available to start ASAP!

* Salary: £27,372 per annum (depending on experience)
* Contract: Temporary with a view to permanent

About the Role:

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day admin duties, supporting the HR function and wider team. This includes onboarding new starters, maintaining HR documentation, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings. You'll also support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and help ensure the office runs smoothly.

Office Administration Duties:

* Coordinating daily office activities and ensuring health and safety standards.
* Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
* Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
* Providing admin support, including note-taking.
* Answering calls and managing visitor needs.
* Maintaining organised and compliant documentation.
* Supporting events and internal communications.
* Liaising with managers on facilities and hygiene standards.
* Managing vendors and suppliers.
* Organising catering and maintaining boardrooms.
* Supporting with inductions and onboarding of new staff.
* Sending timely meeting invitations and updates.
* Maintaining HR trackers and reports.
* Updating the People HR system with starters/leavers.
* Ensuring compliance and supporting audits.
* General HR admin and documentation management.
