Simple Recruitment are looking for HR Administrator Part-Time for a permanent opportunity with our client in Midsomer Norton.
The Job
The Job: To support the HR Manager to help the company run smoothly by ensuring that all company processes are followed and that all personnel act in line with company policies. Duties include assisting with all HR administration including the recruitment process, planning and implementation of training programs for staff and ensuring that paperwork is accurate and held in compliance with GDPR.
Key Responsibilities
* Support with recruitment and the onboarding process of new staff
* Support the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Managing the administration of the company’s appraisal system and diary
* Support the HR Manager to ensure that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
* Monitoring and produce reports on various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave
* Support the HR Manager when they handle any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
* Ensuring the accuracy of all correspondence issued to staff members
* Maintain accurate records and HR databases
