Job Description
3. Support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks.
4. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate training sessions and update training records.
8. Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and offer letters.
9. Manage employee queries and provide support when required.
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
11. A solid understanding of Human Resources practices and policies.
12. Experience in administrative tasks related to HR.
13. Strong organisational and communication skills.
14. Proficiency in relevant HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
