This is a work from home opportunity for individuals with recruitment experience who enjoy sourcing talent, building relationships, and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
You will be working with an international recruitment company supporting organisations in Iraq and international markets.
Responsibilities.
. Identify and source qualified candidates for open roles.
. Use LinkedIn and professional networks to find suitable talent.
. Conduct initial candidate screening and discussions.
. Submit suitable candidate profiles for internal review.
. Coordinate interview availability between candidates and hiring teams.
. Assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Requirements.
. Minimum 3 years recruitment experience.
. Good understanding of the Iraqi employment market.
. Fluent in Arabic, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally.
. Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
. Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
. Ability to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
