We work collaboratively with no client ownership politics – everyone contributes to collective success. Based in a converted barn just outside Billericay (parking provided, car required). The Role We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant (perm focus) to join our growing team. While insurance market experience is ideal, we’re also open to consultants from professional services (finance, medical, corporate) backgrounds – just not high-volume temp/contract sectors. You’ll have the freedom to build your desk without being burdened by rigid KPIs. Success here is measured by relationships, quality of delivery, and sustainable billings.
