Catering Manager – Bristol City Council
We are looking for a passionate catering professional to lead our in‑house catering service at Cheddar Grove School, part of the Futura Learning Partnership.
Responsibilities
* Adapt menus to meet school requirements while ensuring cost efficiency and nutritional standards.
* Supervise and motivate the catering team, ensuring high standards and effective training.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with efficient food presentation and prompt service.
* Ensure strict hygiene, health, and safety compliance within the kitchen environment.
* Manage financial performance, including cost control and achieving sales targets.
* Communicate effectively and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
