Job Title: Handyman
Location: Warrington (New Build Site)
Rate: GBP21.00 per hour

The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Handyman to join our finishing team on a premier new:build residential development in Warrington. With the project entering its final phases, your primary focus will be snagging and defect resolution to ensure every home meets our move:in ready gold standard.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in snagging or making good on new:build properties.

Tools: Must have your own comprehensive set of hand and power tools.
*
CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is essential.
*
Eye for Detail: You must be able to spot and fix the small imperfections that others miss.
*
Professionalism: You will be working in and around nearly:finished homes; a tidy and respectful work ethic is a must.
