The Role As an Assessment Developer, you will: * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design robust, fit-for-purpose assessments * Ensure all assessments comply with Ofqual General Conditions and other regulatory frameworks (DfE, Skills England) * Develop inclusive and accessible assessments that minimise barriers to learner achievement * Use data to monitor validity, reliability, and performance of assessments, driving continuous improvement * Provide guidance and share best practice in assessment design across the organisation * Stay up to date with advances in assessment theory, digital assessment, and sector requirements * Support the adoption of new digital platforms for assessment delivery Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will bring: * Demonstrable knowledge of assessment methods, tools, and techniques * Experience designing innovative and compliant assessments in education or training * Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate learner performance and assessment data * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Why Apply?
