The Role: You will provide a "gold-standard" HR service, managing the nuances of independent school contracts and the unique requirements of the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with ISI safer recruitment standards and managing the complex vetting requirements for boarding staff. Payroll & Pensions: Overseeing the monthly payroll run and administering the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) and LGPS. CPD Coordination: Working with the Bursar to manage the professional development budget for non-teaching staff. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Salary Range: £36,000 – £49,500 (Regional Scale)
