A popular and successful 11–18 secondary school in Nottingham is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Manager to take responsibility for the maintenance, safety and smooth operation of the school premises from January 2026. About the Role You’ll oversee a small site team and ensure the school’s buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure and well-maintained. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines leadership with practical maintenance work. Key Responsibilities Managing maintenance, cleaning and security of the site. Carrying out or overseeing minor repairs and improvements. Monitoring contractors and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations. Managing budgets, stock and equipment for site operations.
