Job Description
Based from a North West office, we are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join a growing and high-performing sales team. This role plays a key part in driving high-volume, lower-value B2B sales opportunities through targeted inside sales campaigns.
Working as part of a wider omnichannel sales strategy, you will support the overall sales pipeline while contributing directly to the organisation’s long-term commercial growth. Key Responsibilities
* Drive high-volume inside sales activity through structured outbound and inbound campaigns
* Qualify leads and progress opportunities through the sales funnel
* Support the wider sales team by building and maintaining a healthy pipeline
* Accurately manage customer data and activity within the CRM system
* Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a B2B inside sales, sales development, or telesales role
* Confident and professional communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
* Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
* Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales funnel development
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
This is a hybrid role requiring to work regularly from the company's office.
