Operating within both the Public and Private sector, Precise Contracts specialise in Main Contracting & Construction Management, spanning a variety of arenas; Educational, Healthcare, Commercial, Conservational and Residential. Due to new project wins, we have an immediate need for a site manager to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Manager role. The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations at construction or renovation sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, supervising teams, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Site Manager will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation and effectively communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong project management and site supervision skills to oversee daily operations and ensure timely completion of projects
Technical knowledge of construction processes, including an understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Effective communication and leadership skills to lead diverse teams, liaise with contractors and vendors, and provide updates to stakeholders
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and implement efficient solutions on-site
Proficiency in construction project software and tools is preferred
Proven work experience in construction or site management is essential
