Hybrid Sales Executive

About the Role
* Job title: Hybrid Branch Manager
* Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
* Bonus: Monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off; weekend work involved
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise appointments to achieve targets.
* Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with back office and colleagues.
* Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements
* Valid full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure, independently (lone working).
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Capacity to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
