Human Resources Manager - Legal Sector
A leading law firm based in Sheffield is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the HR department and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Support the HR team with implementation of the HR strategy
* Support and coach line managers to deal with HR issues including performance and sickness absence.
* Support with the administration of payroll and benefits processes
* Champion the onboarding process ensuring it is high quality and reviewed regularly
Qualifications:
* CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with five years’ experience of working in a generalist HR tole and managing a team
* Experience in professional services would be ideal
* People-oriented and results-driven.
* Adaptable, willing, and capable of working flexibly and as part of a team .
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
