Are you passionate about driving a culture of excellence and quality within a dynamic business environment? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our efforts in embedding a Total Quality Management culture across our organization.
Role Overview: As the Quality Manager, you will be the Voice of Quality, championing quality initiatives and fostering a quality mindset among all stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to organise and lead weekly Quality stand-up meetings with operational teams, engaging them in quality issues, reviewing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with teams to support the implementation of improvement ideas and escalate issues for resolution when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and lead weekly Quality stand-up meetings with operational teams.
* Review quality data and customer complaint examples to drive improvement initiatives.
* Develop quality-related materials such as Visual Management Guides and training materials.
* Utilise quality data to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement.
* Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
* Support the resolution of customer complaints by providing guidance and advice.

* Experience working in a health and safety-driven environment.
* Solid PC skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional demeanour and appearance.
* Proven experience in a similar quality management role.
* Familiarity with running an ISO-certified quality management system.
* Background in quality management within the print or related industries.
* Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma or equivalent management systems.

The Company

Bluetree's combined office, production and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster.
