* Maintain strict health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with regulations
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues swiftly and effectively
* Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
* Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality
What We re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent)
