HR Manager, North Yorkshire C£45,000 - £55,000 FTE Part-time, 3 days per week We are looking to speak with experienced HR professionals who would be interested in a flexible part-time opportunity in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a standalone role, reporting directly into the Managing Director and supporting the Operations Manager, providing practical HR support across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging new starter experience Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, policies, and procedures Champion a positive company culture and lead initiatives to boost engagement and wellbeing Administer and review employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance Maintain and develop HR policies and ensure adherence to UK employment law Support line managers with day-to-day HR queries, coaching, and guidance Skills & Experience Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment Confident working independently and advising at all levels Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices Approachable, practical, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills What They Offer £45,000 – £55,000 FTE, depending on experience (pro-rata for 3 days/week) Flexible, part-time working A supportive, values-led environment where you can make a real impact Opportunity to shape the people function in a growing business This is a permanent, part-time opportunity based in North Yorkshire offering c£45,000 - £55,000 FTE.
