Sales Executive – Toyota
Location: Newbridge, UK
Salary: £27,000 – £55,000 yearly (£55,000 OTE). Full‑time, 40 hours a week.

Your Background / Skills
* Sales and customer service experience, ideally in automotive, fleet, B2B or a target‑driven environment.
* Relationship building and excellent communication skills.
* Results‑focused and able to meet targets.

The Sales Executive Opportunity
* Build strong relationships, understand client needs and guide prospects through the full sales process from first conversation to close.
* Track and record all activities accurately to maintain high performance standards.
* Collaborate with marketing, account management and internal teams to shape winning sales strategies.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, market movements and competitor activity.
About You
* Strong communication skills and can build relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Strong interest in automotive, quick to learn new products.
* Results‑focused, with strong people skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Can work in a busy high‑pressure environment.
* Analytical and quick thinking.
* A team player.
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Willingness to work required hours and travel to training sessions.
* Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication.
* At least GCSE English and Maths (ideally A Levels or equivalent). Good IT skills – MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel – and social media literacy.
* Previous automotive sales experience (preferred).
