Role Information The school is seeking an organised, proactive, and professional HR Officer to provide high-quality HR administration and operational support across the school. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters Processing DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and safeguarding compliance Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for all new staff Maintaining personnel files and updating staff details on the HR system Supporting payroll administration, staff absence recording, and contractual changes Advising staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters Assisting with staff wellbeing initiatives and internal communications Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment statutory guidance Preparing HR reports for senior leaders and governors Supporting the performance management cycle and CPD tracking This role is central to maintaining efficient, compliant operations within the school.
