A leading independent school is seeking an exceptionalHead of Estatesto shape and deliver the long-term vision for its multi-site estate. This is a senior, highly strategic role driving excellence across capital development, compliance, sustainability and operational resilience.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
1. Lead the schools long-term estates strategy, ensuring the estate supports future educational, organisational and sustainability goals.
2. Drive major capital investment programmes, overseeing the planning, procurement and delivery of refurbishment and development projects.
3. Provide senior leadership on compliance and risk, ensuring robust frameworks for statutory responsibilities, H&S governance and emergency planning.
