Site Manager – Housing Association Plots
Location: St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex
Rate: £260 per day
Duration: Ongoing until July, with potential extension
Hours: 45 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday by agreement
AS Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a residential development in St Leonards-on-Sea, overseeing housing association flats and houses only.
You will be working within an established site management team, alongside a Senior Site Manager and another Site Manager, taking full responsibility for your own section of the project.
This role suits a proven Site Manager who can run their section independently, maintain standards, and deliver works in line with programme requirements.
The role
*
Taking full responsibility for a designated section of housing association units
*
Managing day-to-day site operations within your area
*
Planning and coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
*
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting any issues or delays
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
*
Managing inspections, snagging, and handovers within your section
*
Working closely with the Senior Site Manager and wider site team to ensure overall site objectives are met
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
*
A strong track record of running plots or sections independently
*
The ability to manage and deliver works to programme
*
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
*
Valid First Aid qualification
*
CSCS Gold or Black card
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
A professional approach and the ability to work as part of a wider site management team
