Senior Flutter Developer

Based in the UK, with offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and London

What the role involves
* Own Flutter projects from early stages through to release.
* Set the technical direction. Make decisions on architecture, patterns and trade-offs.
* Define and implement testing across unit, widget, integration and E2E.
* Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
* Work closely with product, design and QA to deliver well-rounded solutions.
* Contribute to how Flutter is done across the business, including standards and tooling.
* Support and mentor other engineers where needed.
What you bring
* Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
* Comfort owning technical decisions on production apps.
* Solid approach to testing and code quality.
* Experience with CI/CD and mobile delivery pipelines.
* Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically.
* Good understanding of performance, UX and security.
* Experience working with APIs.
