Key Responsibilities -
* Own end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for a defined consulting vertical across Europe.
* Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates, using targeted market mapping and tailored outreach.
* Build deep, trusted relationships with senior consultants and leadership stakeholders.
* Act as a strategic hiring partner, advising on talent availability, pipelining and market dynamics.
* Develop and maintain long‑term talent pipelines for priority and future‑focused roles.
* Collaborate closely with a high‑calibre internal TA team based in London and internationally.
* Contribute to strategic TA initiatives, process improvements and future capability building.
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned to a premium consulting brand.
To Be Successful -
* Experience recruiting within strategy consulting or professional services is a must.
* Open to someone with a background in agency recruitment with a genuine desire to move in‑house.
* Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability, this is not a CV‑screening role.
* Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
* Comfortable working autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, high‑expectations environment.
* Professional‑level English is essential
* A second European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
