Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR and office functions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR or office administration who is passionate about creating a positive, well-organised, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* First point of contact for HR and general administrative queries
* Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
* Maintain and update employee records and documents (contracts, training, right to work)
* Monitor staff compliance and training deadlines
* Coordinate staff rotas and maintain adequate staffing levels
* Track staff absences, leave requests, and holidays
* Assist in organising internal meetings and preparing materials
* Perform general office and reception duties (phone calls, emails, calendar management)
* Recommend improvements to office and HR systems or procedures

Requirements

* Previous experience in HR or office administration (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Comfortable working remotely and independently
* Friendly, calm, and solution-focused attitude
* Experience in the care sector is a plus
