Our world-leading Private Investment House client has an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join the UK HR Team and support various HR processes and initiatives.
This role is suitable for someone with around 12 months of experience in Human Resources, particularly in onboarding and offboarding processes. The internship will initially last 6 months, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months.
You will report to the HR Business Partner Senior Associate daily.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the UK HR team in employment processes, including recruitment, intern onboarding, benefits, and other HR projects.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for interns, including preparing contracts, introductory letters, and new starter emails.
* Monitor and manage tasks within Workday (HRIS).
* Organize, file, and prepare HR documents.
* Update internal databases with intern information, contracts, and employment forms.
* Post, update, and remove job advertisements on job boards.
* Organize and set up HR interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Conduct Right to Work checks and HR inductions for interns.
* Register new joiners onto the benefits platform.
* Support organizing Career Fairs and related activities, including registration and logistics.
* Assist with employee HR queries, such as resetting passwords for the ADP portal.
* This list is not exhaustive; the job holder will participate in other HR activities as needed.

Regulatory Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
* Understand and adhere to the UK Regulator's Conduct Rules
