You will play a key role in supporting the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
* Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee queries
* Support recruitment coordination (interviews, scheduling, communications)
* Assist with compliance processes, including right-to-work checks
* Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives and process improvements
About You
1. Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role
2. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
3. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
