The successful candidate will provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, and schools, supporting senior HR staff in implementing local HR delivery plans. They will translate business needs into people solutions to drive continuous improvement and meet the people-related requirements of the organization.
Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing, and retention. The role involves managing various HR casework, including attending hearings (discipline, grievance, capability, etc.), advising managers and staff to ensure good practice, legal compliance, and fair, consistent employee management.
