✨ Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work in a busy and supportive secondary school in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional, and confident managing HR processes within an education or office environment.
⚠️ Please note: Only applicants with previous HR experience will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate staff personnel files and HR databases
* Support with safer recruitment checks, including DBS and compliance documentation
* Assist with staff onboarding and induction processes
* Maintain absence records and HR documentation
* Liaise with staff, senior leaders, and external agencies when required
* Ensure all HR procedures follow school safeguarding and employment policies
* Provide general administrative and HR support to the wider school team
Qualifications
* Previous HR experience (ESSENTIAL - applications without HR experience will not be considered)
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage confidential information professionally
* Experience with HR systems or school MIS systems (desirable)
* ⚡ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
